百果园集团（02411）发布正面盈利预告：上半年预盈不少于20百万元

2026年7月24日，深圳百果园实业（集团）股份有限公司（百果园集团，02411）公告披露，经对截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“2026年上半年”）的未经审计合并管理账目进行初步评估，预计归属于公司股东的净利润不少于20百万元。同期，公司收入预计同比增长不低于7%。

这一业绩表现与上年同期形成明显对比。公告显示，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，百果园集团录得归属于公司股东的净亏损约342百万元。

百果园集团表示，利润与收入表现改善主要得益于核心经营持续向好。2026年上半年，公司通过人工智能驱动的智能订货系统、门店运营诊断系统及水果产业大语言模型（LLM）等工具，优化门店网络布局（净增加292家水果零售门店）、调整产品结构、提升供应链效率，并强化费用精细化管理。

此外，依托二十余年的水果供应链优势，公司自2026年1月起全面对外开放供应链，已与七个本地品牌合作探索水果+零食、社区新鲜零售门店等新业态及新店型，为收入及利润增长提供了额外动能。

百果园集团仍在编制2026年上半年中期业绩，并计划于2026年8月下旬公布正式中期业绩公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
