Hevol Services Switches Hong Kong Share Registrar to Union Registrars Effective 30 July 2026

Hevol Services Group Co. Limited announced that its Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar and Transfer Office will be transferred to Union Registrars Limited with effect from 30 July 2026.

From that date, all applications for share transfer registration must be lodged with the new registrar at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Contact details for Union Registrars are telephone (852) 2849 3399 and fax (852) 2849 3319.

Share certificates uncollected as at 29 July 2026 will be available for collection at the new registrar from 30 July 2026 onwards.

The Board of Hevol Services currently comprises two executive directors (Hu Hongfang and Wang Wenhao), two non-executive directors (Liu Jiang and Zhou Wei) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Chen Lei, Fan Chi Chiu and Qian Hongji).

The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 30 June 2026 and signed by executive director Wang Wenhao on behalf of the Board.
