截至2025年6月30日止财政年度，源宇宙教育（国际）投资集团有限公司实现营收约6,804万港元，同比上年约12,232万港元减少44.38%。管理层指出，营收下滑的主要原因是游戏产品销售收入减少。期内，经营活动所用现金流约为现金净流出156.6万港元。
成本结构方面，人力相关费用本期约2,793万港元，同比因优化人力编制而减少8.67%；市场推广开支约118万港元，较去年大幅减少逾五成；其他营运开支也保持在相对受控水平。
业务分项
• 私人教育服务：
本年度收入约2,986万港元，较去年3,052万港元下降约2%。其中（1）小学辅导、展艺与应试课程收入约2,911万港元；（2）中学补习收入约18万港元；（3）特许经营收入约428万港元。管理层表示，基于学生人次平稳，整体表现较去年稍有放缓。
• VR及数码娱乐：
本年度相关收入约3,416万港元，同比上年8,935万港元下降六成以上。细分来看，VR产品及服务收入约49万港元，STEAM教育收入约57万港元，游戏产品贸易收入约3,416万港元。
• 借贷业务：
产生利息收入约252万港元，较上年同期增长约3%，受贷出资金规模稳中有升所带动。
高管解读
本集团管理层表示：“透过提升教育及数码娱乐各板块协同效益，我们将进一步优化成本结构并加大对创新业务的投入，以期在充满变数的市场环境中稳步前行。”管理层强调，将继续观察外部市场变化并适度调整经营重点，重点关注核心教育服务质量与数字化娱乐业务的潜力。
