The company confirmed that it has issued the "Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. 2026 Fifth Tranche Medium-Term Notes." The notes have a total issuance size of 2 billion yuan, with a maturity period of 2 years. Each note carries a face value of 100 yuan, and the issue coupon rate has been set at 1.51%. The interest accrual period commenced on August 13, 2026.
