Professional Background of Wang Haimin

Wang Haimin, originally from Liaoning Province, was born in July 1972. He earned his undergraduate degree from Shanghai Maritime University (formerly Shanghai Maritime College). After graduation, he joined China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited. In February 2019, he was appointed as Vice President and a member of the Party Leadership Group of the company. By May 2020, he had risen to the position of Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group. In June 2022, Wang left COSCO Shipping to become the General Manager and Director of China Tourism Group, and he was promoted to Chairman of that group in June 2024.

Professional Background of Wang Xiangming

Wang Xiangming, born in August 1963 and a native of Huaiyuan, Bengbu, Anhui Province, spent many years at China State Construction Engineering Corporation. In May 2016, he became its General Manager, Director, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group. He transitioned to China Resources Group in March 2019 as its General Manager and Director, and was later appointed as its Chairman in May 2022.
