中国海外发展有限公司（00688）7月20日披露，旗下中海企业发展集团有限公司已于深圳证券交易所及上海证券交易所网站发布《关于变更信息披露事务负责人及修订信息披露管理制度的公告》，并同步在香港联交所披露易网站刊登。
公告显示，中海企业发展集团信息披露事务负责人由郭光辉调整为张智超。公司称，上述人事变动属正常安排，不会对信息披露工作、日常管理、生产经营及偿债能力产生不利影响。
张智超现任中海企业发展集团董事长、经理；郭光辉为公司董事。
同时，公司依据《公司法》《证券法》等相关规定，对《公司信用类债券信息披露管理制度》进行修订，主要包括： 1. 删除公司不设监事会或监事相关内容； 2. 将信息披露事务负责人变更为张智超。
公司及全体董事、高级管理人员承诺将继续按照交易所及银行间债券市场自律规则，履行后续信息披露义务。
