On 21 May 2026, SDHS New Energy (incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability) announced that its latest Circular and Proxy Form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.shneg.com.hk) under “Investor Relations” and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents—or who prefer printed materials—may obtain hard copies free of charge. To do so, they must complete and sign the provided Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the pre-paid mailing label or by email to 1250-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders opting for printed versions can select one of three choices for all future corporate and actionable communications: (1) English only, (2) Chinese only, or (3) both languages. Each request remains valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or replaced.

SDHS New Energy also reminds non-registered shareholders that, to receive electronic notifications directly, they must provide a functional email address to their intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—through whom their shares are held. Without an email address on record, shareholders will receive only printed notices of publication.
