朝云集团公布2026年上半年财报，报告期内实现营收16.35亿元，同比增长22.1%。公司经调整净利润2.10亿元，同比提升22.7%。同期公司毛利约为8.47亿元，同比增长28.4%，毛利率从49.3%升至51.8%，主要得益于多品类结构优化和供应链整合效率提升。经营活动现金流净额约为-2.06亿元，去年同期该项为-0.36亿元。
从成本结构看，销售及分销开支约5.01亿元，同比增长22.6%，主要由于线上线下业务规模的持续扩大以及营销投入的增长。行政开支约1.16亿元，同比增长45.1%，主要受新业务并入后员工成本增加所致。同期研发费用投入约0.19亿元，较上年同期的0.12亿元增长51.7%，占营收比重有所提高。
【业务分项】
财报显示，家居护理业务（包含家居清洁及空气护理产品）收入为14.93亿元，同比上升23.0%。宠物业务收入达1.11亿元，同比增长15.3%，线上线下多渠道布局与门店覆盖度提升是主要推动因素。个人护理业务收入约0.29亿元，实现11.7%的同比增长。
