Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Guofu”) disclosed two new business wins that expand its international reach and strengthen its domestic market presence.
Guofu signed a sales agreement on 23 April 2026 with India-based Advait Greenergy Private Limited for 23 sets of 1 MW electrolyzer assembly kits and four sets of 5 MW kits, valued at USD5.10 million. The order follows the partners’ joint success in phases I and II of India’s Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition (SIGHT) program under the Production Linked Incentive scheme. Backed by Guofu’s 2.50 GW domestic manufacturing capacity, the collaboration model targets annual deliveries of no less than 300 MW of water-electrolysis equipment to satisfy SIGHT subsidy quotas.
Domestically, Guofu won a RMB21.27 million tender from Shandong Expressway Service Development Group Co., Ltd. for phase II hydrogen-production facilities at the Gaomi service area’s zero-carbon hydrogen refueling station. The project integrates PEM water electrolysis, hydrogen storage and refueling, marking the first comprehensive expressway demonstration that combines “zero-carbon service area, hydrogen station and PEM hydrogen production” in China. The installation is expected to advance a closed-loop “green electricity – green hydrogen – hydrogen mobility” ecosystem and provide a scalable template for future hydrogen corridors.
The board notes that these contracts signal Guofu’s transition from strategy formulation to delivery ramp-up in overseas markets while reinforcing its technical leadership in transport-related hydrogen applications. Investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s H shares.
