博雅互动国际有限公司（股票代码：00434）于2026年6月3日发布公告，披露公司当天在香港联交所场内回购普通股合计350,000股，约占回购前已发行股本约0.0459%。此次回购的每股价格介乎港币2.30元至2.40元，合计支付829,220港元（约82.92万港元）。
回购后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）变更为762,989,730股，库存股份增至7,987,000股，已发行股本总数保持770,976,730股。公司于2025年5月23日通过回购授权，已获批准可回购的股份总数为71,018,373股，截至目前已回购股份总数7,987,000股。
公司表示，本次回购符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司主席兼执行董事戴志康签署。
