报告期内，公司经营活动产生的现金流量净额约7,036万元。公司指出，业绩下滑主要受到产品价格下降、研发投入与销售费用等支出上升的影响，同时为扩大碳化硅产品市场份额而采取战略性调价。研发方面，大尺寸及新应用产品的投入同比提升29.75%。
