FENGYINHE Publishes Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form Online

On 27 April 2026, FENGYINHE Holdings Limited announced that its latest set of corporate documents—the Annual Report, a Circular dated 27 April 2026 and the accompanying Form of Proxy—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.fengyinhe.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to access these materials electronically. Non-registered holders who are unable to view the online versions, or who prefer hard copies, may complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by mail (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid label provided, or by email to 8030-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is on file, notifications of web publication will be sent only in printed form.

Preferences submitted via the Request Form will remain in effect for all future corporate communications until amended in writing or until 31 December 2027, whichever comes first.
