网易云音乐股份有限公司（股票代码：09899）于2026年5月4日发布公告，披露在香港联交所进行股份购回。
公告显示，公司于5月4日回购普通股127,150股，占当日公司已发行股本（不含库存股份）的约0.05996%。每股回购价格介乎116.1港元至118.8港元，合计支付约14,999,453.19港元（折合约1,499.95万港元）。本次回购后，公司已发行股份数为211,933,866股，库存股数为5,982,250股，总发行股本维持217,916,116股不变。
公司回购授权于2025年6月25日通过，可购回最多21,739,953股。截至目前，根据该授权已累计回购5,650,700股，尚余16,089,253股可回购。
公告同时确认，本次回购行为已获得公司董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
