On 23 September 2026, NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited issued a notice requesting all registered shareholders to select their preferred method and language for receiving future corporate communications. These materials include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Shareholders are offered four options: 1. Electronic access via the company website with e-mail or postal notifications upon publication. 2. Printed English version. 3. Printed Chinese version. 4. Printed copies in both languages.

To register a preference, shareholders must complete and return the designated Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited by e-mail (777-ecom@vistra.com), fax (+852 2890 9350) or post on or before 23 October 2026. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in a default selection of the electronic version.

NetDragon will provide printed copies at no charge upon request, even for those who opt—or are deemed to have opted—for electronic delivery. Preferences can be changed at any time, also free of charge, by notifying the share registrar.

Further enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
