According to the administrative penalty disclosure form from the Ji'an Supervision Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the bank was penalized for multiple violations. These included issuing personal loans in violation of regulations, extending loans in ways that delayed risk exposure, engaging in end-of-period loan window dressing, and failing to adequately identify and pursue responsibility for the write-off of non-performing loans. In addition, individuals involved—Yao Xiaomei, Zhou Chaoyang, Zhou Xingqiao, and Zhou Rong—were issued warnings and collectively fined 320,000 yuan.
