It was disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 25 that Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xingye Silver & Tin, 000426.SZ) has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation Limited acting as its sole sponsor.

According to the prospectus, Xingye Silver & Tin is a globally leading silver-tin polymetallic mining enterprise. Over its 35-year history, the company has consistently focused on the exploration, mining, processing, and sales of non-ferrous metals. Adhering to the resource strategy of "deepening silver and tin, expanding copper and gold, and deploying globally," its primary mineral operations cover a diverse range of resources including silver, tin, zinc, lead, copper, antimony, gold, and iron.

The company's principal mines are located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The region boasts superior metallogenic conditions and ranks first in China in terms of mineral resources, providing the company with a unique geographical advantage and establishing its resource barriers.
