2026年5月12日，轩竹生物科技股份有限公司（“公司”，股票代码：02575，股票名称：轩竹生物-B）发布公告，披露已将357,245,794股非上市股份转换为同等数量的H股，约占本次变动前公司已发行股本的68.97%。该等转换后，新增H股将于2026年5月13日起在香港联合交易所有限公司上市，公司H股总数由160,701,996股增至517,947,790股，库存股份数维持为0。
公司在公告中指出，上述股份转换已获得董事会正式授权，并按照香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定办理。公告由联席公司秘书何成明签署。
