Pak Tak International Limited released a circular and accompanying proxy form dated 11 June 2026. Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company’s website (www.paktakintl.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that shareholders access all current and future corporate communications electronically. Registered shareholders who have already opted for printed copies will receive them by post; others may request hard copies free of charge by returning the reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 2668-ecom@vistra.com.

Pak Tak emphasises the importance of providing a functional email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications and actionable corporate communications. Until a valid address is supplied, shareholders will receive printed notices and documents.
