Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (“XIAO NOODLES”) disclosed a Next Day Return detailing continued execution of its share-repurchase programme on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Latest transaction • Date: 5 May 2026 • Volume repurchased: 128,500 H shares, earmarked for cancellation • Price range: HKD 4.18–4.27 per share, implying a volume-weighted outlay of HKD 0.54 million

Programme status • Aggregate shares repurchased since the 26 January 2026 mandate: 6.28 million, equivalent to 0.88% of the company’s issued share capital at mandate date. • Authorised limit: 71.07 million shares; roughly 8.8% of the mandate has been utilised. • All repurchased shares remain uncancelled as at 5 May 2026; issued share capital therefore stays at 710.69 million H shares. • The company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 4 June 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.

Pricing trend • February–May repurchases were executed between HKD 4.24 and HKD 5.96 per share. • The latest purchase price (HKD 4.27 maximum) sits at the lower end of this range, indicating ongoing buybacks amid a softer share price environment.

Governance and compliance XIAO NOODLES confirms all repurchases were authorised by the Board, funded from available resources, and executed in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rules and the company’s January 2026 Explanatory Statement.
