A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. disclosed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, indicating no movement in share capital or treasury shares during the month.

The company’s authorised and registered ordinary H-share capital remained at 1.42 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, translating into authorised share capital of RMB 1.42 billion. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 1,418.54 million, while treasury shares stood steady at 1.46 million, keeping total issued shares aligned with the authorised 1.42 billion figure.

A-Living affirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), confirming that its public float met the minimum 25% threshold as of month-end. The filing also shows no outstanding or newly granted share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments, and no additional share movements occurred.

The submission, lodged on 4 May 2026 by Company Secretary Fu Mei Yan, states that all relevant regulatory and listing requirements have been observed throughout the reporting period.
