回购价格介乎每股10.62港元至11.00港元不等，总耗资约9,685,480港元（折合约968.55万港元）。本次交易后，公司已发行股本由2,437,351,512股降至2,436,451,512股，库藏股数量增至3,077,000股。公司称，此次回购依据2026年4月23日股东大会通过的购回授权进行，该授权允许回购股份总数为243,952,851股，截至目前已累计回购股份3,077,000股。
