港股异动 | 康方生物大涨12%，治疗肺癌药物临床试验达主要研究终点
本周三， 康方生物 大涨超12%，截至发稿报99.3港元，涨幅12.33%：
消息面上， 康方生物公布，旗下双特异性抗体新药依达方，联合化疗对比替雷利珠单抗联合化疗一线治疗晚期鳞状非小细胞肺癌的III期头对头临床试验，经独立数据监察委员会评估，期中分析显示强阳性结果，达到无进展生存期的主要研究终点。研究详细数据将在今年相关国际术会议上公布。
据介绍，上述药物为康方生物自主研发。现有涵盖肺癌、胆道癌、头颈鳞癌、三阴乳腺癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌、肝细胞癌等18个适应症的临床试验正在进行中。
