Bank of Jiujiang Appoints New Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Service of Process Agent

Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Wong Wai Chiu has resigned as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Service of Process Agent under Rule 19A.13(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective 28 August 2026.

The board confirmed that Mr. Wong has no disagreements with the directors and that no matters related to his resignation require attention from shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Effective the same date, Ms. Au Yeung Lai Yee has been appointed to assume all three roles. Ms. Au Yeung, currently an assistant manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, brings more than ten years of corporate secretarial experience. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Her academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and a master’s degree in corporate governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

The board of Bank of Jiujiang currently comprises two executive directors, four non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, chaired by Mr. Zhou Shixin.
