DeTai New Energy Group Limited (DETAI NEWENERGY) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no movement in either authorised or issued capital during the month.

Authorised Share Capital • Ordinary shares: 30 billion authorised at HKD 0.05 par value, equal to HKD 1.50 billion. • Preference shares: 1.24 billion authorised at the same par value, representing HKD 61.90 million. • Combined authorised share capital stands at HKD 1.56 billion.

Issued Shares • Ordinary shares in issue remained unchanged at 523.18 million; no treasury shares were outstanding. • Preference shares in issue also held steady at 16.39 million.

Public Float • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 July 2026.
