本年度信息
北京首都国际机场股份有限公司公布，截至2025年12月31日止年度预计录得净亏损介乎人民币6.0亿元至人民币7.6亿元，较2024年度的净亏损人民币13.9亿元同比减少约45.3%至56.8%。同期税前亏损则预估为人民币4.8亿元至人民币5.6亿元，较2024年度的人民币6.3亿元同比减少约11.1%至23.8%。管理层将亏损收窄原因主要归结于航空市场需求的持续恢复以及成本管控力度进一步强化。
公司表示，若不计入部分递延所得税资产转回带来的非现金影响，2025年度的亏损规模将进一步降低，经营质量改善态势有所巩固。该部分递延所得税资产转回增加了所得税费用，但并未对公司的现金流量和日常运营造成直接影响。
