On November 5, a shareholder of JOIN-SHARE (01543) transferred shares worth HK$13.5 million from Goodwill Securities to Manfull Securities, accounting for 9.02% of the holdings.
Additionally, JOIN-SHARE announced that on November 3, 2025, the board was informed by Foshan Financial Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (the company’s single largest and major shareholder) of its intention to transfer a total of 60 million domestic shares it holds. The transfer will be conducted openly in the property rights market.
Following the transaction, Foshan Financial Investment will remain the single largest and major shareholder, directly and indirectly holding approximately 24.1558% of the company’s issued share capital as of the announcement date.
