HENG HUP (01891) announced that on December 18, 2025, its indirectly held subsidiary, Heng Hup Metal Sdn Bhd, intends to acquire two properties from Tang Kam Chin for a total purchase price of approximately RM17.04 million (equivalent to around HK$32.39 million). The board believes the acquisition aligns with the overall interests of the group and its shareholders.

The buyer has operated on these properties for several years under lease arrangements and has invested in constructing warehouses, offices, and operational facilities at its own expense. Owning the properties will provide long-term lease security and eliminate uncertainties related to lease renewals.

The board also noted that significant capital expenditure has been allocated to building dedicated facilities on these properties. The acquisition safeguards the group's existing investments and mitigates risks associated with potential relocation or non-renewal of leases, which could disrupt operations.

Details of the properties are as follows: 1. A leasehold land with a 99-year term expiring on September 10, 2106, held under individual title PN 92795, lot number 37589, located in Pekan Baru Subang, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor. The land spans 0.711 hectares, with a mailing address at 146 (265) Jalan 1A, Kampung Baru Subang, Seksyen U3, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. 2. A leasehold land with a 99-year term expiring on February 22, 2104, held under individual title PN 92794, lot number 43181, located in Pekan Baru Subang, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor. The land spans 0.6079 hectares, with a mailing address at PT 145 (264), Jalan 1A, Kampung Baru Subang, Seksyen U3, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.
