On March 18th, Tencent's financial report indicated that as of December 31, 2025, the company employed 115,849 staff members. This represents an increase of 5,291 employees compared to the 110,558 employees reported at the end of 2024. The report further disclosed that the total employee compensation cost for the 2025 fiscal year was 130.7 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 15.87%. Based on this data, the average annual salary cost per employee at Tencent is approximately 1.128 million yuan.
