According to preliminary estimates from ADP Research and the Stanford Digital Economy Lab, U.S. private sector employment increased by an average of 11,500 per week in the four weeks ending December 6.
ADP's previous report showed a monthly employment change of -32,000 in November.
ADP and the Stanford Digital Economy Lab launched their weekly employment data release program on October 28.
