The National Day holiday travel atmosphere is already in full swing, with international flight bookings seeing a significant jump.

According to the Ministry of Transport, nationwide traveler volume during this National Day holiday is expected to reach 2.13 billion person-trips.

Staff from Capital Airport's Operations Control Center stated that the peak travel days will be October 1 and October 7, with single-day passenger volume both exceeding 245,000 person-trips.

Popular domestic destinations are concentrated in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiyang, and other cities, while popular international destinations include Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, and Bali.

Currently, international flight bookings have increased by 22.5% year-on-year, and civil aviation passenger volume is expected to hit a new record high for the same period in history.
