Elegance Optical International Holdings Limited announced on 17 June 2026 that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

• Approval of the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
• Deliberation on a recommendation for the payment of a final dividend.
Board composition at the time of the announcement consists of:
• Executive Directors: Zhu Guohua (Chairlady), Gu Jianguo and Wang Yichuan.
