Gracewine Holdings (08146) has announced that Mr. Zhao Mingjing has tendered his resignation from his roles as (i) the Company Secretary and (ii) the Authorized Representative of the company as defined under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. His resignation will take effect from March 3, 2026. Ms. Li Yicheng, who possesses the professional qualifications required under Rule 5.14 of the GEM Listing Rules, has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective March 3, 2026.
