China Agri-Products Exchange to Review FY2026 Results and Dividend on 25 June 2026

China Agri-Products Exchange Limited will convene a board meeting on 25 June 2026. Directors will review and approve the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026 and decide on the declaration of a possible final dividend.
The board currently comprises three executive directors—Tang Ching Ho, Leung Sui Wah, Raymond (also Chief Executive Officer), and Wong Ka Kit—alongside one non-executive director, Luo Xu Ying, and three independent non-executive directors, Lau King Lung, Wong Ping Yuen, and Shang Hai Long.
The notification was released in Hong Kong on 11 June 2026.
