公司已获得购回授权决议通过日期为2025年9月18日，回购授权剩余可购回数量为70,122,313股。截至目前，已于交易所或其他证券交易所共计购回7,120,800股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的1.0155%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法规。
