Criteo SA's stock plummeted 9.64% in pre-market trading following the release of disappointing first-quarter financial results.

The advertising technology company reported a 6% decline in revenue to $425 million for Q1 2026, with net income dropping 78% to $8.6 million. Adjusted EBITDA fell 30% to $65 million, while free cash flow sank 65% to $16 million.

While the company highlighted its partnership with OpenAI as the first AdTech partner integrating demand into ChatGPT's advertising offering, investors focused on the significant declines across key financial metrics, leading to the pre-market sell-off.
