上海摯達科技發展股份有限公司（2650）2月10日发布公告，拟就此前公布的建议股份拆细事宜调整原定时间表。公告称，技术与后勤安排需要更多时间，故对实施建议股份拆细的预期时间表进行了修订。该事项仍需待2026年2月13日召开的临时股东大会表决结果通过，并以相关条件达成或获豁免为准，最终能否进行尚存不确定性。
公告显示，根据最新安排，建议股份拆细如获股东大会通过，将于2026年3月3日正式生效，并于同日开始免费换领新股票。每手买卖单位重新划分为50股的新旧股票并行买卖将于2026年3月17日开启，临时櫃位则于2026年4月9日关闭。免费换领新股票的截止时间为2026年4月13日下午四时三十分。公告同时提及，公司及部分股东在H股全流通申请方面作出额外承诺，自建议股份拆细生效日期起至并行买卖开始之日前，持有本公司非上市股份转换为H股的股东不可对其持有的H股进行任何交易。
公司再次强调，建议股份拆细实施需满足该公告与此前通函所列的所有条件，投资者应注意相关时间安排可能会进一步调整。董事会由执行董事黄志明博士及李欣瑞先生，以及独立非执行董事孙枝丽女士、吴瑜珊女士、陆铭博士组成。
