Hanfort Development (formerly Sino Golf) announces CFO & Company Secretary transition; 17-year finance veteran Yim Sau Ping appointed

Hanfort Development Holdings Limited has confirmed that Ms. Choi Ka Ying will resign from four key positions—Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent—effective 10 April 2026. The departure is attributed to her pursuit of other career opportunities. Ms. Choi has stated there is no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Yim Sau Ping will assume all four roles. Ms. Yim brings more than 17 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management across international audit firms, financial institutions and listed companies. Since October 2015 she has served as a director of Blooming (HK) Business Limited, specialising in corporate advisory and company secretarial services, and currently acts as company secretary for two additional HKEX-listed entities. Ms. Yim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board, chaired by Mr. Liu Jincheng, has expressed gratitude to Ms. Choi for her service and welcomed Ms. Yim to her new responsibilities. At the date of the announcement, the Board consists of one executive director, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
