8月25日，易大宗控股有限公司（01733）发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月未审核运营数据。期内，公司实现收益139.87亿港元，同比增长10.38%；毛利7.06亿港元，同比增长135.33%。

公司期内溢利为2.64亿港元，较上年同期的1.33亿港元增长98.50%；归属于公司股东的溢利为2.50亿港元，同比增加83.82%。

每股基本及摊薄盈利均录得0.095港元，高于上年同期的0.051港元；董事会宣派中期现金股息每股0.023港元，合计约63百万元。

财务状况方面，截至2026年6月30日，公司权益总额98.44亿港元，较2025年12月31日的94.56亿港元增长4.10%。期末现金及现金等价物为16.62亿港元。

分业务看，煤炭收入108.66亿港元，占总收入的77.66%；供应链综合服务收入18.00亿港元，占比12.87%。按地区划分，中国（含港澳台）收入109.07亿港元，占比77.97%。

期内公司毛利率为5.04%，较上年同期的2.37%提升；经调整EBITDA利润率为4.30%，高于上年同期的3.66%。

易大宗表示，将继续推进“全球化及多元化”战略，深化供应链综合服务布局，并保持稳健的资金管理以支持未来业务发展。
