The final issuance of scrip shares is subject to the Stock Exchange’s listing approval. Eligible shareholders wishing to receive the dividend in scrip should submit the relevant election form by 5 March 2026. Trading of the new scrip shares is expected to commence on 27 March 2026. The distribution is funded from the company’s share premium account, which stood at around RMB482.10 million as of 30 June 2025.
