DYNAM JAPAN (06889)于2026年3月31日发布公告称，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股132,400股，约占当日前已发行股本的0.01914%。每股回购价格介乎3.42港元至3.46港元，总涉资457,798港元（约45.78万港元）。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本为691,443,096股，库藏股数量为5,000,000股。回购授权于2025年6月24日获得通过，授权总数为69,644,309股。截至公告日，公司已累计回购5,000,000股，占该授权决议获通过当日已发行股本约0.7179%。
公司表示，本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由董事长保坂明签署。
