8月19日，九源基因（02566）公告称，董事会已决议在现有回购授权有效期内，继续实施H股回购计划，拟使用自有资金回购H股，金额上限为人民币1亿元。
根据公告内容，股东于2026年6月15日股东周年大会上已向董事会授出回购授权，可回购数量不超过截至该日已发行H股总数10.0%（即合共24,151,640股）。回购授权有效期至下届股东周年大会结束日或该授权被撤销、修订之日，以较早者为准。
公司指出，每次回购的H股价格不得高于回购前连续五个交易日H股平均收市价的5.0%。根据回购授权购回的股份可予以注销或作为库存股份持有。
九源基因表示，目前公司现金流量稳健，整体财务状况稳定，足以满足业务持续发展的需求。公司认为当前股价未能充分反映其内在价值及业务前景，通过股份回购有助于展示管理层对公司发展前景及增长潜力的信心，并为股东创造价值。
公司强调，是否实施回购、以及回购的时间、数量和价格，均将依据市场状况并由董事会及／或其授权人士酌情决定；公司亦将严格遵守《公司章程》、香港《上市规则》及其他适用法律法规。公司提醒投资者在买卖股份时保持审慎。
