消息面上，美国货币监理署正式批准USDC稳定币发行商Circle Internet Group设立全国性信托银行Circle National Trust。该批准意味着Circle旗下信托银行将进入OCC直接监管框架，未来可通过联邦监管下的数字资产托管安排，进一步完善USDC相关基础设施。储备管理功能也被列为后续拟拓展方向。
对于Circle而言，设立全国性信托银行有助于提高其稳定币业务的合规属性和机构信任度。
