中国飞机租赁集团控股有限公司6月5日公告，其全资附属特殊目的实体已与南航国际融资租赁有限公司签署飞机买卖协议，拟向对方出售一架空客A320NEO飞机，交易预计最迟于2028年5月31日前完成。\n\n公告显示，买方最终实益拥有人为国务院国资委；合同亦指定广州南沙南航天武租赁有限公司作为买方承让人，负责承接相关权益。董事会确认，各交易方均为独立第三方。\n\n公司指出，飞机交易为集团常规业务之一。本次出售有助于提升飞机交易收入、满足市场需求，并维护与客户的良好合作关系。\n\n根据联交所上市规则第14章，一项或以上适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，该交易构成须予披露交易；惟鉴于属于合资格飞机租赁活动，集团仅需遵守第14.33D条的披露规定。董事会进一步确认，公司符合合资格飞机出租商标准，交易按一般商业条款达成，且条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。
