FE HOTELS (SEHK: 00037) has announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from continuing operations amounted to HK$16.375 million, representing a decrease of 11.7% compared to the previous year. The company reported a net loss of HK$6.642 million, which is a substantial narrowing of 81.2% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was 0.88 Hong Kong cents.

Regarding the Warwick Hotel operations, the Group achieved total revenue of approximately HK$13 million for the year, down from HK$16 million in 2025. It recorded a net profit of HK$150,000, an improvement from HK$30,000 in the prior year.

Revenue from the rooms department for the period was HK$11.2 million, marking a 2.8% increase from HK$10.9 million in 2025. Conversely, revenue from the food and beverage department fell sharply to HK$1.7 million, a decrease of 66.7% from HK$5.1 million in the previous year.

The significant decline in F&B revenue was primarily attributed to a reduction in banquet events and intensified competition within the local hospitality sector. In response to these market challenges, the Group has implemented shorter operating hours and initiated a strategic repositioning of its restaurant offerings. This shift involves moving away from a traditional Chinese style towards a more relaxed café-style concept.

This transformation is designed to better align with evolving customer preferences and to enhance operational efficiency.
