8月21日，华领医药-B（02552）公告称，公司董事会已根据2018年8月26日获有条件批准并于2018年9月14日起生效的购股权计划，向公司一名高级经理授出共计200,000份购股权，待承授人接纳后方可生效。
本次授出要点如下： 1. 授出日期为2026年8月21日。 2. 每股行使价定为2.6港元，为以下三项金额中之较高者： （i）授出当日股份收市价每股2.6港元； （ii）授出日前五个营业日股份平均收市价每股2.519港元； （iii）股份面值每股0.001美元。 3. 购股权有效期自授出日起十年。25%购股权将于授出日期届满一年时归属，其余75%将于随后36个月内按月归属，前提是承授人持续受雇于公司。 4. 本次授出不设绩效目标及收回机制。
公司确认，承授人并非公司董事、最高行政人员或主要股东，亦非其等之联繫人，且未触及上市规则第17.03D条规定的个人限额及0.1%总量限制。
本次授出后，购股权计划下尚余16,707,902股股份可供未来授出。
