Mitsubishi Electric Corp. (OTC: MIELY) has reached an agreement to acquire U.S. cybersecurity firm Nozomi Networks. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, with Nozomi Networks continuing to operate from its San Francisco headquarters.
This strategic move is anticipated to substantially strengthen Mitsubishi Electric Corp.'s cybersecurity defense capabilities.
