本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持为3,228,431,876股，暂无库藏股。公司称，本次回购基于2026年5月11日获股东大会批准的回购授权进行，授权可购回股份总数为322,843,187股。截至7月15日，华宝国际根据该授权已在证券交易所累计回购4,991,000股，占授权获通过当日已发行股本数目的0.1546%。
公司确认，本次回购相关议案已获董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及其他适用法律法规。公告由执行董事潘昭国签署。
