Deep Source Holdings Limited disclosed on 21 July 2026 that it repurchased 9.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day, at prices ranging from HK$0.485 to HK$0.495 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$0.4917, bringing the total consideration to HK$4.43 million.
Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 14.79 billion, from 14.80 billion previously. The 9.00 million repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares, lifting the company’s treasury stock balance to 9.00 million shares. The buyback represents 0.0608 % of the company’s issued share capital prior to the transaction.
The purchase was executed under the general mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 1.48 billion shares. To date, 9.00 million shares, or 0.0608 % of the authorised quota, have been utilised. In accordance with listing rules, Deep Source is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or disposal of treasury shares until 20 August 2026.
