BILL Holdings Inc's stock surged 10% in overnight trading following the release of its second-quarter fiscal 2026 financial results, which significantly exceeded analyst expectations across key metrics.

Bloom Energy's stock surged 7% in overnight trading, following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results that significantly exceeded analyst expectations.The fuel cell systems provider reported quarterly adjusted earnings per share of $0.45, beating the consensus estimate of $0.31 by 45%. Revenue for the quarter reached $777.7 million, surpassing the $652.1 million estimate and representing a 35.9% year-over-year increase. Full-year 2025 revenue grew 37.3% to a record $2.02 billion.

Reddit forecast first-quarter revenue above analysts' estimates on Thursday, as artificial intelligence-powered enhancements to its ad platform help the social media platform draw more marketers. Shares of the company rose 7% in overnight trading as Reddit also announced its maiden share repurchase plan of up to $1 billion.

Coinbase shares rebounded 6% in overnight trading after tumbling 13% on Thursday.

Fortinet forecast fiscal 2026 revenue above Wall Street expectations on Thursday, signaling strong enterprise spending on its cybersecurity services amid growing online threats, sending its shares up 5% in overnight trading.

Atlassian Corporation PLC (TEAM) fell 3% in overnight trading, with significant selling pressure occurring during both intraday and after-hours trading sessions. The decline was driven by two primary factors. First, Truist Securities significantly reduced its price target for Atlassian from $210 to $150 while maintaining a Buy rating, a substantial 28.6% cut that likely prompted investor concern and selling during the regular trading session.
