另据公告，同日公司向除董事以外的计划参与人发行新股289,291股，约占当日现有已发行股本的0.0028%，每股发行价80.25港元。发行及回购完成后，公司已发行股本增至10,453,006,940股，库藏股数维持为0股。
董事会决议于2025年5月23日通过购回授权，购回上限为1,069,508,640股。截至目前，公司已在香港联交所以及其他交易所回购约196,595,600股，占授权通过时已发行股份总数的1.8381%。公司确认，所有相关程序均符合上市规则及相关法律规定。
